The Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir el-Rufai took to his twitter account earlier today to announce that he has tested negative twice consecutively to the Coronavirus after almost four weeks of strict medical attention at the Barau Dillon Teaching Hospital.
He expressed his gratitude to God, well wishers, colleagues, medical personnel and family members who showed support and professionalism from the onset of the viral infection to full recovery
Also, he appreciated the Kaduna State Covid-19 Task Force, the Ministry of Health and enforcement agencies for the management and containment of the Coronavirus pandemic in Kaduna State.
Finally, he thanked the Deputy Governor, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe, for her committed and competent leadership in his four-week absence.
