As at 11:50pm Sunday 18th April, 2020, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced Eighty-six new confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Nigeria with 70 cases in Lagos, 7 cases in the Federal Capital Territory, 3 cases in Katsina, 3 cases in Akwa Ibom, 1 case in Jigawa, 1 case in Bauchi and 1 in Borno
Currently, Twenty-two states and the FCT have confirmed cases of the Coronavirus with a total of 627 confirmed cases, 170 discharged and 21 deaths.
A case which was previously reported in Kano, has been transferred to Jigawa state.
