As at 11:50pm Sunday 26th April, 2020, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 91 new confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Nigeria with 43 cases in Lagos, 8 cases in Sokoto, 6 cases in Taraba, 5 cases in Kaduna, 5 cases in Gombe, 3 cases in Ondo, 3 cases in the Federal Capital Territory, 3 cases in Edo, 3 cases in Oyo, 3 in Bauchi, 2 in Osun, 1 case in Akwa Ibom, 1 case in Bayelsa, 1 case in Ebonyi and 1 case in Kebbi.
Currently, thirty-two states and the FCT have confirmed cases of the Coronavirus with a total of 1273 confirmed cases, 239 discharged and 40 deaths.
The total number of confirmed cases in Lagos is 731 and 8 in Ondo because a case which was previously reported for Lagos has been transferred to Ondo State.
